Chest Shop not working. At all.

    So i installed the ChaestShop plugin, but when i try to make a shop, nothing happens.
    First line: empty
    second: 1
    third: B 5
    fourth: Dirt
    I really checked everywhere and i don't know what to do. I'm on a spigot 1.14.4 server and the commands are showing up so i really don't think it's a version problem. I'm on a Windows 10 and this are the plugins intalled. Please help.
