Filled Chest Item-blocker

Minecraft version: paper 1.8.7

Suggested name: Chest Item-blocker

What I want: I'd like a simple plugin where you can block specific items from going into a enderchest, and also you can configure the blocked items in config.

Example: If I wanted to block Diamonds from going into an enderchest i would put it in the config or list of blocked items then whenever a player would try to put it in his enderchest the item would just go back to his inventory.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: chest.item.blocker.bypass bypasses the item blocker

When I'd like it by: Anytime.

@BizeaxPvP I'm glad to know it works. INK_SACK:4 is Lapis, it was just an example so you know you can use colon and a number for dye, colored wool, etc.
