    Hello all! I was wondering if someone could make me a chat plugin where the player does a certain command and it spams the chat?



    Like in this video where you need to be holding a certain item (sugar) to use the command and it Spams your chat...Spams certain sound effects..and gives you a Blaze Particle effect.
