I have been looking for a plugin that supports radius and chat modes for a long time. I could not find one. I used to have this: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/local-chat-ooc-shout/ For instance; Command: /whisper hey, can you hear me? What people see: Doc.Deniz whispers: hey, can you hear me? And commands must be configurable. But it is too outdated to use. I'm sure I am not the only one who needs this.
