Chat Color Parsing Permissions

    Plugin Name: ColorChatPerms

    Version: Spigot / PaperSpigot 1.8.8

    Desc: Deny all types of chat parsing containing the '&' symbol. This is because my current chat plugin allows it and there is no way to block it.

    Perms: chatcolor.use to use the & symbol to parse chat colors/magic

    @ckav11 It would be easier if you would use a different chat plugin that doesn't allow it.

    You are 100% correct it would but I need the functionality of my current chat plugin and it would bebuseless to have it recoded

    The reasons given were unrelevant to the plugin itself. The current one is a private fork from a GitHub repo because the or original developer never patched the bugs

    @ckav11 Strange that he wasn't willing to add 3 lines.
    StripColorLikeMe, link is in my signature.
    Just removes all colors from the message because I have no way of finding where the color came from.
    Format should still have all its colors though.

    @ckav11 Added the permission as well now.
