Character still in game when death + timeout kick

Setting up bukkit recommended 556 and found a weird bug.

Player dies doesn't disappear instead they just loose there skin and then gets a timeout kick for not responding and they are left ingame still screenshot to prove it.

This happened in spawn protection area if that's anything to go by.

Go away from the player so the chunk unloads and the players avatar disappears.
