Change the platform from Windows to Debian - Mysql Problem

Hi all,

I have chnage my server plattform from Windows 7 to Debian Linux.
Erverything wo fine.
Now I have to transfer the plugins from windows to Debian.
Special the MySQL data seems to be a problem.
Therefore I have used the Mysqldump tool to export on a USB Stick the Windows MySQL data and import under Debian again. I dont get an error while import.
But in minecraft the PLOTME plugin doesn't show me the owner of the areas.
So it is not working.

Has someone an idea, how I can tansfer the old MySQL database from windows to Debian, so that
I can see them lateron in the game?
