Plugin Request [Cauldron] Weapon Speed [Item Lore]

Suggested name: Weapon Speed "(The name does not matter really)"

What I want: I'd love to get some help on editing the lore of a item for example: /weaponspeed lore add 1 Weapon Speed: Slow which will make the weapon hit for example: 20% slower then usual. I got this idea from "Item Lore Stats" but somehow that little feature wont work on my server. Im running Cauldron 1.7.10.

Ideas for commands:
The 1 indicates the line of the lore. 1 will place it on line 1

/weaponspeed lore add 1 Very Slow
/weaponspeed lore add 1 Slow
/weaponspeed lore add 1 Normal
/weaponspeed lore add 1 Fast
/weaponspeed lore add 1 Very Fast

Ideas for permissions: Not needed.
