Can't see other players when teleporting to other world

So hi guys i really need your help!
I was starting to create a minecraft bukkit/spigot server that have a lot of mini game. I was almost done and ready to publish the server but! i encountered a big problem. sometime player can't see each other. example the player1 go to select the game faction he teleport there properly no problem but the second one select the game faction too so he teleport too but player1 can't see player2 and player2 can see player1.
