"Can't Reach Server" after updating to 1.3.1?

    Okay so I have successfully Port-Fowarded and Ran a 1.2.5 server for a while now. Today I got my laptop back and downloaded the new 1.3.1 craftbukkit and replaced the old one. I ran the server and it says "Running on version 1.3.1" like it should, and runs fine with no errors, but it "Can't Reach Server" and I'm like "WTF?" I tried messing around with the ports just in case that was the issue, but no luck. I'm wondering what I should do about this? It doesn't seem to make any sense, but maybe somebody else had this problem? I'm running Windows 7 btw.
