Hello when i try to brake a minecart on my server as default it seid "You don't have permission to destroy vehicles here do you know why? i am using group manager and if there is apermission node i don't have it in. it it would be really nice if you guys could help thanks Any help please thank you for taking your time to read this. Replying to your own thread 5 times just to keep it at the top will only annoy those that might otherwise help you. Likewise giving very little information also isn't very helpful. What plugins are you using, since craftbukkit by default can't protect just minecarts then it's one of your plugins that's done the protection. That is assuming it's only minecarts that are affected. That means you'll need to add a plugin specific permission but without knowing what plugins you're using, what version of craftbukkit and if this affects just your users of ops as well it's very difficult to really tell you anymore

Of those, the only one I know of which would protect minecarts automatically is EssentialsProtect, but you would have had to edit the essentials config.yml to add 328 item id to the auto-protect list. In saying that I've never seen essentialsprotect give the warning message you list in your first post. This looks like it does exactly what you are explaining, but it's not in your list of plugins so doesn't appear to be the culprit http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/fafaffy-vehicle-lock/
