i have thease plugins: group manaiger, dragon travel, lwc, monster hunt, logblock, mcmmo, orebfuscator, worldedit, capturetheportal, welcome, buycraft, ColoreSigns, SimpleCommandSigns, Vault, logblock, WorldGuard, ReoairShop, StopTalkingAutoBan, Iconomy, NoCheat, AuaAnnouncer, Essentials, mp, EssentialsChat, factions.


Ok when someone trys to brake minecart this pops up:
you don't have permission to destroy vehicles here" please help.

because bumping your thread is going to help so much

you need to setup your permissions, I would suggest getting bPermissions or PermissionsEx and following their guides
