   Hey,
   I want to disable the option to do / (slash) then the tab that makes auto-completing available commands.
   How is possible to cancel this option in my plugin?

   I can't think of a way you could do that without modding the client. Certainly not with Bukkit alone.

   But I want to disable the option on the commands, and the server should send to client the commands, and I saw the option of removing servers

   Theres a plugin that claims that it can block it. Look through the source code. You might find something usefull
