Can you trigger the sign placement gui to appear?

    I'm wondering if you can trigger the gui for sign placement to appear. I'm writing a plugin that would benefit from being able to type in the text using that gui and capturing it. I can't see anything that would do it in the java docs so I figured I'd ask. Thanks!
