   I want it to be auto, and run even through I may not be on the server, im using the latest on each, as well as ArenaCTF, and Latest Beta build on the server.

   Follow these steps.

   For ctf it will be the exact same except you will do two more commands
   
   # stand where you want the red flag to be and type, /ctf addflag <arena name> 1
   # stand where you want the blue flag to be and type, /ctf addflag <arena name> 2
