The sign would be shaped somewhat like this: Line1: [Business] line2: Business name e.g Auto Shop line3: hourly/daily pay e.g 500$/h line4: Owner or FOR SALE. When you right click the sign it should say something like For sale! Price:50000$. The pay,the price and the time between payouts should be configurable. If the business owner Is inactive for an configurable amount of time the business would be automatically sold and the player will be given the price
