   We running a bukkitforge 1.4.7 ftb ultimate server and we are running Permissionsex and for some reason the member rank is not allowing people to use the commands that are in there rank

   @CovertSyndicate, unfortunately, it wasn't your file. That would have been much simpler, however I did find something. Inheritance in owner needs to be changed to the exact string of the other group (It needs to be caps).
   
   Besides that, what kind of messages are these players getting? You're not allowed to do that?
