Bukkit soft crash

    Issue: Users cannot connect, processes/plugins are still running - server is dropping connections.

    Server did not crash - but stopped accepting connections. I believe this was a BUKKIT error.

    LongHash is stuck in .containskey ... synchronized method requiring a lock, bukkit is locking the longhash and then everything else can't connect.
