what is this error with permissions? i tryed solve it but no not working (look at the red error text)

Somewhere at or around line 81 in your permissions.yml file, you have an error. Post the permissions file and someone should be able to help.

You will actually want to enter your users in the users: section and no after the group names. It should look something like this:
