I depends on how many players etc. I'm not that familiar with Synology models, but I believe the DS213j is ARM based. In that case, you are limited to a slow CPU and probably 512 mb memory, which makes it almost, but not quite, impossible. Look for the threads of those running it on Rasberries and Beagle Boards. There are Synology machines that could make nice Craftbukkit servers. Look at this Wiki and aim for a model that uses either i3 or Atom D2700.
