Bug report: Bed explosions/Enderdragon behaviour different in vanilla

    I was doing some experimenting and discovered that one-cycling the enderdragon doesn't work on my paper server, with more experiments I've concluded that CraftBukkit, Spigot, Paper, all deal with bed explosions and how the enderdragon responds to it is different than that of vanilla.

    1. Why? CraftBukkit is supposed to be just vanilla with mods enabled, why this difference exist? Everywhere I search on the web I can't find any clues, everyone just says they should be identical.

    2. How? How can I fix this? I've some plugins to the server (i tried removing them the problem persist) and need this to work as it supposed to be as the server is related to speedrunning.
    Version: 1.16.4
    Tested: Vanilla, Craftbukkit, Spigot, Paper

    @Adhami This is a question for spigotmc instead. They have been making craftbukkit for a couple years already.
