Problem/Bug bPerms prefix & suffix not showing on chat

Hey - so I had all the group and player prefixes work a day before with the following config files (see below) - but they do not show up on the chat now. I have EssentialsChat, bPerms and EssentialsX. I do not know what the problem is and I am very new to this - so bear with me (sorry if you have to explainlikeimfive). I am using MineHut to run the server and it is online. I also have vault and LuckPerms installed.

use-custom-permissible: false

When I use /permissions group (GroupName) prefix (Prefix) it says that it is set but nothing shows on chat except for my username.
