Bow shot and fishing rod hit Health Display

I need a 1.8 plugin that when in pvp with another player if you tag them with your fishing rod or shoot them with an arrow it will display in chat what health they are at with both fishing rod and bow, but with the bow it should say in chat how much you hit the player for and how much health they are at.
I need this urgently please.

Example on how it should look like in the chat when rodding a player:
(User) is at (users health)

Example on how it should look like in the chat when shooting them with an arrow:
Hit (user) for (damage).
(User) is at (users health).
