boosCooldowns breaking PermissionsEx?

    Hello. I'm using PermissionsEx and have installed boosCooldowns. Upon installation of boosCooldowns, the plugin says "You do not have permission." For every PEX command. I uninstalled boosCooldowns and PEX now works, but I really need this plugin. Are there any solutions to this problem? Thanks.

    By the way, I'm using the latest version of boosCooldowns.
