bone meal radius change

Suggested name: bone meal++

What I want: i would like it to change the area that the bone meal bonemeals
i'm doing a big area with a flower forest and the flower patter only comes up when using bone meal.
it can't just place grass and flowers it need to be like if a player/dispenser used bone meal on the grass blocks.


Ideas for commands: /bonemeal size {x}

Ideas for permissions: bonemeal

Has an option to change the radius of the bonemeal, and also edit what plants it places, and other options.
