Filled Blocks and Commands...

Suggested name: BlockExeuter

What I want: When a player right click a block, it will exeute a command or tell a message or send the player to an another world or server...

Ideas for commands: Commands to create this... like
/block select - You must look at a block to select
/block add <permission> <tell:Example|cmd:/warp random> - Adds a Message or a Command.
/block reset - Remove all commands or messages. from the block

Ideas for permissions:
blockexeuter.use - Able to use all the commands

Reuired features:
Ability to add multiple commands or messages
