Blocking access to a specific block or tool

    Hey all

    I've been looking through DevBukkit for a while to try and find a decent plugin that will allow me to block TNT, Flint&Tinder and all buckets from New players until they have been promoted to Player. I thought I could do this with CommandBook but it appears not.

    Do any other server owners here have suggestions on what I could use?

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Edit: My own stupidity, I blocked lava buckets but was testing TNT instead.
