By BlockBreakAnimation, do you mean the particles that drop after you broke a block? If yes, then that is not really possible AFAIK, because the particles are 1) client side, and 2) they happen even if you cancel the BlockBreakEvent
@madtomic It is only client sided So you could create a texture pack or something and make them download it on join
try listening for BlockBreakEvent, check their gamemode, save it for a little bit. Then set their gamemode to adventure and back, that should "cancel" the block break animation
