Block lag??what causes it?

    Lately(this never happened ebfore) for the past 3-4 days my players have been getting block lag and block lag only,chat and commands are fine walking around and seeing other players are fine it is just a really really bad block lag...any idea?

    -.- anyone?any ideas?
