Block commands for certain worlds

    when you have a load of plugins, sometimes there are some commands (like /tpr) that should not be used in places like a lobby...
    I have been searching and searching for literally hours for this plugin, so it is either *one has slipped past my sight or one does not exist. this could be useful for when players are in the middle of a game, and to avoid losing or something they type in something like /hub, or... well tpr...


    pls

    Preferred version: 1.12
    suggested title? : CommandBlock (pun intended)

    i know a concept similiar to this is already part of a plugin... but...
