    Suggested name: BlockChanger

    What I want: A message in blocks that can change. Like MinePlex. Maybe the messages could be schematics?

    Ideas for commands: /bc create {name} (makes a message sequence) /bc add message {sequence name} {schematic name}

    Ideas for permissions: blockchange.admin (allows player to make messages)

    When I'd like it by: ASAP
