Block as Entity

    Can I spawn block as Entity? I need place one block with rotation...

    I need stone block that follow the player... If player jump, block jump too...

    I create chicken with zombie passanger. Set stone block as zombie head and apply potion invisible to chicken and zombie. And apple slow potion to chicken. Move it by player events...
    All ok, but stone block is small... I need 1:1
