Question Biome restrictions? Can they be disabled?

    I'm running a 1.12.2 Mohist server using the JustEnoughIds mod which extends the number of biomes that can be loaded by mods. However, everything is plains with this mod enabled. I posted an issue on Mohist but I was told it was a Bukkit issue, that Bukkit restricted biomes somehow. Is there any way to disable this? Or is something else going on?
