Plugin Help "BetterBow" 1.8 fix or substitute.

I need a plugin to be able to customize individual bows, including automatic firing, fire rate, arrow spread, draw speed and multi shot. http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/betterbow/ The plugin "BetterBow" accomplishes this, but won't work with my spigot/craftbukkit 1.8 (Console says it enables with no errors but it doesn't actually work in game) If anyone could help me make this plugin work in 1.8 or can make a substitute, that would be greatly appreciated.
