Which one is the best with plugins such as world edit essentials multicore with all of it and other stuff
Recommended is self-explanatory. Beta comes out once a week (ish) and is a step BETWEEN recommended builds. They are considered semi-safe to use (aka use with caution, but they should be good for public use). Certain plugins already have updates for these builds. Certain plugins you will need to hunt down for their own dev builds. Worldedit: build.sk89q.com
