Best/Coolest plugins ATM for a Bukkit server!?

Hi guys!
I would like your toughts and opinions of what are the coolest or in some ones opinion MUST HAVE plugins at the moment?=)
Which plugins do you have on your servers. which ones would you realy recommend that hightens the games fun factor =)

Like. etc, money, shops, more mobs/monsters, quests and MUCH more of course=)
Please, all suggestions are welcome=) I'm looking to blow new life in my server =)

Though one of my servers must-have is actually iChat 2.0, it has over 4000 unique downloads to its name so far.

Yeah Stargate is a must! Does it work with most plugins?=) Essentials and Golden tools etc?=)

 

craftbook or falsebook are good too. multi arrow is pretty fun. block hat is funny that one you should get also McMMO,
thats really good, but we cant give you much specific help unless you know what you want to get from your plugins.
