Plugin Help AUTORANK dont give any rank new players

I have all this plugins and last add is autorank with stats :
Plugins (25): CoreProtect, WorldEdit, LoginSecurity, ClearLag,
HolographicDisplays, EndlessEnchant, WorldGuard, SkinsRestorer, PermissionsEx, Stats, MotdManager-Reloaded, Vault, MassiveCore, CratesPlus, Essentials, SimpleRename, Autorank, KitAdder, EssentialsProtect, EssentialsChat, EssentialsGeoIP, EssentialsSpawn, Factions, SilkSpawners, ShopGUIPlus

I think only problem is new users to get rank guest , cause they dont have permimssion

You're using two permission systems (PEX, AutoRank).
Delete one of them.

Looking at the AutoRank plugin page now, and it is not a permissions system. It simply puts players in a new group that your permissions system defines. An example would be player time, if a players is online for 10 minutes, they would be put into a new group, with different permissions.
