Solved AutoAnnouncer No Working?

I have the plugin AutoAnnouncer, and it doesn't seem to work. I installed it and it should start working automatically when I restart the server, but it doesn't. I have kept the config.yml the same as it was when I installed the plugin, and its still not working?

Here's my plugins:
AutoAnnouncer, BananaGen, BookRules, ChatManager, ChestShop, Citizens, ColoredSigns, CoreProtect, EnjinMinecraftPlugin, Essentials, EssentialsChat, EssentialsSpawn, FirstLogin, Heroes, HeroicDeath, Jobs, KitPlugin, LWC, Lottery, MobDisguise, Modifyworld, Multiverse-Core, Multiverse-SignPortals, MyCommand, NoCheat, PermissionsEX, PlotMe, PluginsBaker, SignRank, SkylandsPlus, TheThuum, Vault, VoteLink, WorldWarp, blFriends, iConomy, iGates, iZone.

 

Try using scheduled announcer, it works with CB 1.3.1 and 1.3.2 even they did not said that it work with them.

Fuuny, seems that when I changed Random: False to Random: True on the AutoAnnouncer config.yml , it started working...
