Auto Server Restarter

Suggested name: AutoRestarter

What I want: I'd like a plugin that restarts the server after a configurable amount of time. It would kick all players with a configurable message before restarting the server. Players can do /ar time to see how long until the next restart!

I've seen many plugins and none of them that I've used are compatible with 1.13 and it sucks.

Ideas for commands: /ar time - Used to see how long until the next restart.

Ideas for permissions: ar.time - Ability to use /ar time.

When I'd like it by: No rush

 

Do you want it to shutdown (Same as /stop) or restart (Same as /restart)?
