I can't find a working AutoBackup / Save anywhere. Could anybody point me in the direction, if there is one.
You can use AutoSave which simply forces a "save-all" (though way more configurable) and then you would be able to suggest a solution implementing backups (and as such hopefully it is simple to implement into AutoSave) or you could write a solution to use your favorite scripting language (bash,batch,php,perl,etc...) to make a backup.
