AsyncPlayerChatEvent vs PlayerChatEvent

    Some time ago I do not remember which version of Bukkit it was but they told us to start using AsyncPlayerChatEvent.

    What I am wanting to know is are will still supposed to use AsyncPlayerChatEvent or should we now go back to PlayerChatEvent?

    Thanks to any who know the answer.

    They moved it to Async for a reason, its here to stay, so far as ive heard.

    cos chat is handled on a seperate thread.
    you can test this out because when your on a laggy server because chat is low resource intensive you can be like chatting fine but the world is lagging to sh**.
