   I have been looking for a plugin that can assign certain commands to a specific item but i dont think such plugin exists yet. i was hoping i could find help here
   
   what i want the plugin to do:
   assign commands to only one item. so if i assign a command to a stick, it should only affect that one stick, not all sticks.
   the assignment should be permament unless removed with a command
   
   thats pretty much it i hope someone is able to create this!
