Granting temporary permissions is possible afaik, magicspells' external commands do that.

Does this plugin work for you for 1.3.1? I have been hearing reports it doesnt work but just curious does this work for you

I mean't "what was added into the new version?" My server bugged so i can't test it O:
Super Punch on creepers to avoid explosions but that would be pretty cool
Or maybe just a mega punch ability that works on all mobs and players?

How about one were you get double the amount of XP orbs than normal or somthing.
Yeah maybe. I would have to factor in a cooldown as well though... don't want it to be too OP
Would be great if you make arrow resistant ability.
Thorn/Spike armor, deals 25% of damage you took.
Example: (Arrow) Iron>Diamond
Plague: When you die it poisons the killer, and if you sneak, you turn into a zombie.
Parachute: Armor that when you fall, you fall like a chicken (Slowly)
Thor: When you are attacked theres a chance they will be struck by lightning
Fire walk: Leave a trail of fire behind you
Poseidon: Replenish health in water (like the regeneration potion)
Ender Suit: When attacked theres a chance you will teleport (Maybe add a partical effect to the armor?)
Radiation: When players get in a certain radius of you, they will start to get hurt randomly
Spider: Climb any surface like a ladder
Luck: Chance that mobs give more drops, and ores will drop more (Like looting and fortune)
Decoy: Hold sneak and an NPC will walk in the direction you are looking (If you ever played Halo reach, its like hologram)
Just a bunch of ideas i had

Just a note though, your "Thor" armor idea does what the current "Rage" ability does.
I am already in the process of coding the "Spider" ability.
I may use the "Ender Suit" and "Parachute" ideas in the future.
You should add some kind of weight system, what I mean:
Leather Armor: 130% speed + Abilities
Chain Armor: 115% speed + Abilities
Gold Armor: 100% speed + Abilities
Iron Armor: 85% speed + Abilities
Diamond Armor: 70% speed + Abilities
Or something around that
I do like the idea of having armor sets that are different weights. I think another plugin does something with armor weights....
Yeah I it's MorePhysics, but still it would be awesome to add to your plugin as it hasn't updated yet, and so people won't have to download both plugins, and maybe they aren't compatible? who knows
Edit: Oh and can you tell me how to add like more abilities to a "set" of armor, like I want the Pumpkin to have "assassin" but also "vampire"
Must I separate them with a coma, or isn't it possible yet?
About the multiple ability thing, at the moment it is not possible in my code (but I am not saying that I will not make this option in the future)
I would also like to add this feature at some point in the future and I can do it fairly easily it would just take a lot of time to rewrite a lot of the code to work with it. Thanks for the suggestion though

Thanks! I already fixed the variable bug I mentioned above and made OP set ability much better so they don't have to. Will just add a few more things and submit for update. Thanks!
Also what is the chance of hitting the attacker with lightning while wearing full chain armor set?
cause I let 2 spiders attack me until I died but no lightning came, and they didn't get any damage.
I tried to sneak... but didn't work so if its a % chance of spawning lightning, maybe you should add that to the config file
"peace" didn't work either :/
Night vision/see invisible players(from the other armor ability)
Shoot arrows farther with more accuracy, arrows move slightly towards the closest mob in their path
summon mobs that are neutral towards you but not other players
lighting striking things you hit with your bare hand, but not hurting you when it strikes
Grow or shrink in size
teleportation by right clicking far away places with your bare hand
optical illusions to other players and mobs, they see 2 or 3 of you and only one is real
control the weather
place ice by right clicking /w bare hand, doing this to a mob or player encases them in ice blocks, therefore "freezing them"
Set blocks and mobs on fire by right clicking /w bare hand

Its because there is a variable error in version 2.0.1 that causes most abilities not to work. I have fixed this in version 2.1 which will be out at some point tonight. I also fixed OPs having to set own abilities and went ahead and added a few more abilities.
FORCE: pressing shift will make entities fly a set amount of blocks away from you (configurable)
There should be an archer suit.. simply shooting straighter and faster with the bow.

For Moderators and Admins, they wear Chainmail and when someone is griefing or not obeying the rules they punch them and it auto bans them!
Spawn mob, like a necromancer or tame mob like a Druid
Few more ideas:
Mining armor: Creates light aura around player.
Command armor: Allows server hoster to add command lines and forces them to use when armor is worn.
Angel armor: feather fall effect
Could you do that when players are involved in "Mob Arena" all effects disabled?
Well, not when you enter mob arena, but maybe that you can set areas with worldguard... where those effects don't work cause Mob Arena with lava pit as floor and you are jumping on towers could be awesome:
Diamond armor, can if fast enough, get out of lava witouth taking damage (effect: lava)
Gold armor, can climb up those towers if needed (effect: spider)
That could be a awesome Arena... I think I'll do it on mine...
I was wondering if you could add an armor set "unarmored" and perhaps duplicates of the same abilities so you can give different armor sets varying levels of modifiers.
Separate names with a comma.
