Area Potions

Please ignore the horrible title of this thread, couldn't think of a decent one.

Suggested name: PotionPlugin

What I want: I would like a plugin, that can add certain potion effects to certain people in an area. For example: Adding slowness or weakness to unarmored players in a PVP arena.

Ideas for commands: /potionPlugin reload

Ideas for permissions: PotionPlugin.Bypass, PotionPlugin.reload

When I'd like it by: ASAP

I joined a server today that had this plugin running, so I know it's possible.

Everywhere or only in a choosen place?

 

In a chosen place, in both cases it'd be in a PVP arena.

 

I can do it to work only on a place where pvp allow with world guard.
is that ok?

 

Er, theres other places that allow PVP. It'd have to be only in an arena :/
