If player is not on this plugin list and is in default "ops.json" he still can't use Op priviliges. If player is on this plugin list and isn't on default it also doesn't give him anything. @timtower Just in case someone sets another player as Op, just want to be sure no one can be op without my confirmation. Or some cheater gains op somehow, idk. Just makes server more secure.
@REW01WER Having no OP's at all makes more sense then in my opinion. Made a plugin once that just bans everybody that gets OP. And if you give nobody the permissions to give OP status then you should not get users with it as well.

@REW01WER The point of this plugin was to avoid having OP's at all as you have way more control over the players / ranks if you use permissions instead. OP is not needed when you have permissions, there is no reason to have OP when you have all permissions anyways.
