Problem/Bug Any worldguard experts?

I've been having an issue with worldguard. I have a bedwars plugin, and when someone dies, if they dont move, you're unable to attack them for some reason. You'll see it in the video I'm going to link. I want to be able to have worldguard enabled, but also have the players vulnerable to attacks before moving when they re spawn.
