Here you go Should do exactly as requested. although I wasn't sure if you meant exp points or levels so I just went with exp.
@Tastac Thank you for doing this. exp points is what is what I needed. New request: can you please add color support for the message. So I can set the like this. message: "&2You have spent &3{exp} &2xp for this repair." Also a reload for the config.yml so I don't have to stop and start the server to see the changes. Thanks
