   Hey guys,
   
   The title says it all really, I'm after a plugin to announce the anvil coordinates publicly in chat (no permissions for all to see) whenever a player uses it to combine an item like an enchanted book sharpness with a sword and so on. And possibly announce in chat the item tool tip of the enchanted weapon as well.
