Anti X-Ray (Packet)

    Minecraft version: Spigot 1.12 (and 1.13 when it is released)

    Suggested name: AntiXray+

    What I want:
    All ore blocks not exposed to air or next to a transparent block become stone with a packet. When a block next to the ore block is being mined is being mined then the block turns back. If the block next to it explodes or is removed for another reason, the block will turn back to normal.


    When I'd like it by: 27th Sept.

    Because it turns blocks that are exposed to air into that block too, only turning back when they get close
