Whenever I try to do a command with PerWorldPlugins enabled, it simply gives the error message above.

The FakeCommands plugin seems to be throwing this error a lot. Remove that plugin.

[Edit] Either one of your plugins has this command bundled, or you are not listing all the plugins you have/ you have one plugin disguised as another.

It may be that the fake commands are bundled with another plugin. Please open each file with WinRAR or 7Zip, look in the "/me/" folder for a "/incomprehendable/" directory. If that directory is in one of the jars, remove that jar from your server.

Most permission plugins (PEX, bPermissions, ect.) have a feature to add or remove permissions when a player joins a different world
